The white birch tree
In my window’s view
Is covered in snow,
Displaying a silver hue.
On its fluffy branches
With their snowy tinge,
Clusters of flowers
Display a bright white fringe.
The birch tree stands,
Sleepy and quiet,
As snowflakes glitter
In the golden light.
As dawn wearily
Embraces the scene,
It sprinkles the branches
With a new sliver gleam.
Белая берёза
Под моим окном
Принакрылась снегом,
Точно серебром.
На пушистых ветках
Снежною каймой
Распустились кисти
Белой бахромой.
И стоит берёза
В сонной тишине,
И горят снежинки
В золотом огне.
А заря, лениво
Обходя кругом,
Обсыпает ветки
Новым серебром.
