It took place by the sea

It took place by the sea, where its lace foam dancing
Where a city landau has been rarely seen…
Chopin’s sonatas were played in a castle by queen
As the notes unfurled, page’s love grew deftly pristine

Simple and tender, their story was spun,
A tale of two hearts in the magical run.
The queen kindly asked wine-apple to be split,
Half for the page, their fates tightly knit.

Then she gave herself all to the page with a thunder,
Until dawn mistress made love like maid...
It took place by the sea, where the turquoise waves wander,
Where the page’s sonatas and azure foam played.
